MISSION

To improve the lives of communities through empowerment, service delivery and networking.

OBJECTIVES

1.    To mitigate the impact of HIV/AIDS and TB among (widows, OVCs, people living with HIV/AIDS and disability)

2.    To contribute to strengthened capacity of communities to protect and preserve the rights of children

3.    To contribute to the strengthening of an effective community health systems in our districts of operation

4.    To contribute to the level of access to health care services for PHLA and other most vulnerable communities

5.    To contribute to the reduction of HIV incidences among the general community and key populations

GOVERNANCE

The organization is governed by a board comprising of 9 members (5 Male and 4 Female). The Executive Director is appointed to the board as secretary and is responsible for the secretariat and day-to-day management of the affairs of the organization. The board, the assembly and the secretariat have separate roles and responsibilities for effective and efficient execution of duties. The organizations’ board is elected after every two years.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership is open, individual membership is Ush 5,000 and group membership is 20,000 with annual subscription of 5,000shs and 20,000shs respectively.
